The opening of The Pianist is on a rich material of lime and bergamot. In the heart, it’s risen chiefly, orange bloom, and angelica with nutmeg hints. At first, a touch of citrus and some bergamot lighting it up. However, the blossoms arrange the presentation. The dry-down signals a shift towards a spicier side, with pine, sandalwood, frankincense, and vanilla.
The Pianist is our impression of Amouage Lyric Man.
